These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Morley Towing Services website and the towing and roadside assistance services we provide across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, Florida. By using this website or requesting service from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our services

Morley Towing Services provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, battery jump starts, flat tire assistance, accident & collision recovery, winch-out & recovery. Service descriptions on this website are general; the work performed depends on the condition and location of your vehicle and what our operator can safely do on arrival. We serve Miami-Dade and Broward Counties and do not operate outside those two counties.

Requesting service

When you call or text us, you are asking us to dispatch a vehicle to a location you provide. You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized to request its tow or service, and that you have the right to have it moved to the destination you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the location, destination, and vehicle details you provide.

Pricing and payment

We provide an honest, upfront price before we dispatch, based on the information you give us at the time of the call. That price can change if what we find on arrival differs materially from what was described — for example, a different vehicle, a different location, or a recovery that requires additional equipment. If that happens, we will explain the change before proceeding. Payment is due when service is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Visa, and Mastercard.

Response times

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we prioritize roadside emergencies. Any time estimate we give is a good-faith estimate only. Arrival times are affected by traffic, weather, distance, road closures, and conditions at the scene, and we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time.

Your vehicle and personal property

We handle every vehicle with care and use equipment appropriate to the job. You are responsible for removing valuables and personal property from the vehicle before it is towed where you are able to do so. Morley Towing Services is not responsible for personal property left in a vehicle. Some vehicles — including those that are lowered, modified, damaged, or already inoperable — carry inherent risk during loading and transport that exists regardless of the care taken.

Accident and law-enforcement scenes

At accident scenes we work alongside police and other first responders and follow their direction. Where a tow is directed by law enforcement, the destination and handling of the vehicle may be determined by them rather than by you or by us.

Warranties

We stand behind the work we do. Except as expressly stated to you in writing, our services are provided without warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morley Towing Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Use of this website

The content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Morley Towing Services or its licensors and is provided for your information only. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission. This website may contain links to third-party sites that we do not control and are not responsible for.

The specific work, price, and schedule for your job are set out in the quote, estimate, or written agreement we provide for that job, which together with these Terms forms the agreement between us. Descriptions and any figures shown on this website are general information, not a binding quote. Scheduling depends on availability, weather, parts and material lead times, and other factors outside our control, so any dates we give are estimates and can change. If the scope of the work changes, or conditions are found once work begins that we could not see beforehand, we will discuss any change to price or timeline with you before continuing.

Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy it by automated means, or use it in any way that could harm Morley Towing Services or anyone else.

Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
• How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (401) 225-5212. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Morley Towing Services is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
• How to opt out. Text STOP to (401) 225-5212 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.

• Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
• Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Morley Towing Services collects, how we use and protect it, how our text messaging consent works, and the choices and rights you have.
